    Featuring 5 themed restaurant outlets, fast food and a variety of licensed areas including cocktail / daquiri bars, and high volume fast service areas.
  • Supplied all catering and alcohol to event over 10 days including many VIP functions for various sports of up to 800 guests per function and VIP dinner for the Governor of Queensland.
  • Over 11,000 competitors.

Gold Coast Marathon

  • Official caterer & licencee for all event function and concession areas.

Gold Coast Motorbike Week

Wide Bay Australia International Airshow

  • Bundaberg August 2007.
  • Exclusive Contract Caterer for Queensland's only Major Air Show. Featuring major aero displays and demonstrations from around the country and overseas.

2000 Sydney Olympic Games - Equestrian Centre
  • Contracted to cater to all Olympic teams and competitors, SOCOG personnel and media. Supplied restaurant facility with seating capacity of 200 and offered full Ala Carte Menu and liquor lounge. Operating Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner 7 days over a 4 week period.

NRL - Gold Coast Chargers - Carrara Stadium

  • Supply both concession and corporate catering crowds of up to 15,000.
  • 24 Corporate Boxes and 48 Business Boxes
  • Members Club Restaurant for 200 VIPs.

Kiss Concert - Carrara Stadium Gold Coast April 2001

2001 Australian & N.Z. Police Games

  • Contracted to supply all catering requirements for this event held on the Gold Coast, November 2001.

Rescue 2000 - The World Surf Life Saving Championships

  • Manly Beach - March 2000
  • Contracted to supply all corporate and concession catering for this world class event which attracted crowds of up to 30,000 on the main day

One Summer Series 1999 - 2000

  • National event incorporating the Uncle Tobys Ironman series and the St George Triathlon series held in Victoria, NSW, Queensland and Adelaide.
  • Supplied both corporate and concession catering and operated the licensed areas.

Tropicarnival

  • 2000, 1999, 1998,1997
  • Largest festival on the Gold Coast held over 10 days with crowds over 50,000.
  • Crowds exceed 20,000 on the main day.

2003 Rugby World Cup

  • Supplied all concession catering to over 48 World Cup games shown on Big Screen at Southbank, Brisbane.
