Special Events Catering
owns and operates a fleet of Health Department licenced catering
kitchens ranging in size from 5 to 9 metres.
All
equipment presents in excellent condition. All units have white
exteriors and white & stainless steel interiors which gives
each kitchen flexibility to be utilised in areas either, presented
in basic white for corporate catering or with a red & white
theme in skirting, signage and menus for concession catering as
fast food outlets.

Concession
Outlets:
A total
of 12 mobile kitchens. Four 7.2 metre x 3 metre skid mounted
kitchens with deep fryers, bbq grill, oven, hotplates and bain
maries. Suitable for both corporate and concession catering.

Can
convert to alcohol outlets with 2 double door drink fridges and
temprites. Four 8 metre x 2.4 metre mobile kitchens on dual wheels.
Built for high volume concession catering with deep fryers, large
bbq grill, bain maries, separate hotdog cookers, cast registers
(4 service points) and extended benches for food production.

Four other 2 x 7.3
metre, 6.5 metres and 4.5 metres. Fitted out with deep fryers,
grill plates, bain maries, etc. to produce fast food also able
to be fitted with other equipment to offer a variety of menu choices.
